BluePrint Engines – Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At BluePrint Engines, we stand behind every product we build. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to navigate.
🔹 Return Eligibility
You may return products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
⚠️ Custom or special-order engines may not be eligible for return unless defective.
🔹 How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us via email at [serve@consult-serve.com ]to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Clearly label the RA# on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to our designated return facility (address provided upon authorization).
Note: Returns without an authorized RA# will not be accepted.
🔹 Restocking Fee
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
🔹 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
A manufacturer defect
A shipping error or damaged-in-transit item
If the return is approved due to a BluePrint error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
🔹 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
🔹 Exchanges
Need a different engine or part? We're happy to help. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange under the same eligibility conditions.
🛠 Warranty-Related Returns
If you are returning a product under our 30-month / 50,000-mile limited warranty, please visit our Warranty Claims page or contact customer service for a guided process.
